Horiba Cardy Sodium Compact Ion Meter (C-122)

This Multi range sodium meter with  calibration solution and accessories, reads directly in ppm. It displays a range from 0 - 9900 ppm Na. Incorporating the world's first flat replaceable electrode, it requires only 1 drop of sample for fast and accurate measurements of sodium ion concentration from a single-drop sample.

This meter employs a selective sodium ion electrode that is unaffected by pH and the presence of other ions, enabling the accurate measurement of sodium ion concentrations. At the touch of a button, the meter's microprocessor converts this information to give a measurement of sodium concentration. Accurate salinity measurements can be easily taken anywhere using this ultrathin, lightweight, pocket-sized meter.

• Measuring levels of sodium from a food or drink extract.
• Measuring concentrations in animal bodily fluids.
• Measuring fruit juices and milk
• Using the sample sheets as a swab, soaked in distilled water and wiping over a hard surface to measure surface sodium levels. 

Main Features

The measurement process simply involves placing the sample on themeter's flat sensor. Accurate measurements can be taken from samples assmall as 0.1ml.

Automatic range switching gives a wide display range and facilitates highly precise measurements.

The meter employs a highly selective flat ion electrode. As it isunreceptive to other ions, the electrode takes highly accuratemeasurements of nitric acid ion concentrations. Thenew high molecular weight polymers are longer lasting and moreresistant to contamination, giving you more troublefree service andsaving money on replacements.

Ultrathin and lightweight, the meter can be easily carried to any location for on-site testing.
