Ammonia, Medium Range Waterproof Photometer with 466 nm filter and Cal Check

imgHI_96715_SThis meter contains an advanced optical system based on a special tungsten lamp and a narrow band interface filter that allows more accurate and repeatable readings. This instrument is calibrated at the factory and the electronic and optical design will minimize the need for frequent calibration. This meter also contains the powerful CAL CHECK validation function. This gives users the ability to validate the performance of the instrument at any point. This feature is also very user friendly and with the NIST traceable standards you will be able to verify the performance and recalibrate if necessary.

This is also a water resistant model with an added bonus of having the LED and filter units protected from dust and dirt by a transparent cup. This will allow for use in the field and outside of the lab. To save on battery power it has an auto-shut off feature that turns off the instrument after 10 minutes of non-use in measurement mode and 1 hour in calibration mode. The positive locking system will keep our cuvet oriented correctly and consistently every time it is put into the measurement cell. The cuvets have a wider top to ease the adding of samples and reagents and are made from a special optical glass that gives the best reads possible.
