This meter can measure temperature through a non-contact IR thermometer and can also measure ambient air temperature and humidity with a cabled probe. Measure hotter surfaces with the IR thermometer while still keeping an eye on the ambient air temperature and humidity.
Great for use with furnace work where you want to know the temperature of the hot stove but also the temperature of the air along with how much moisture is in the air. This lets you know the effectiveness of your heating unit as well as the changes it makes on the humidity of the room. With countless other uses this meter is great for atmospheric monitoring as well.
