The CBX062 analog refractometer provides accurate and repeatable measurements for high brix samples. The high resolution Brix scale is ideal for concentrated fruit juice and canned foods that use a sugar infusion. It is convenient for measuring a variety of sauces, soy sauce, seasoning in liquid form as well as for low-sugar jams and spreads.  This instrument has a Automatic Temperature Compensation System which is very important when measuring brix.

This refractometer gives accurate readings with as little as 2 drops of solution to  make monitoring your sugar levels a breeze. It comes in a hard plastic case with a soft padded interior to safely store and transport your refractometer. Included is a small screwdriver and an eye dropper.

Easily adjust the lens and prism with a simple focus and hold up to the light to see where the line of refraction crosses the scale.
