The Atago Master-S10Alpha is ideal for testing the salinity of sea water or rinse water in cooking sea food. With a magnified and highly precise scale that concentrates on samples under 10 brix. This meter features a plastic body for corrosion resistance from salty and acidic samples. This refractometer is water resistant and features automatic temperature compensation for accurate testing no matter what the temperature is.
